And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

I Miss You My Friends

Today we got a wonderful surprise when we came into Sunday school this morning. Our friends Joe and Amanda Hall came back to visit for Kilee Long's birthday. We got to know them really well after we moved here and had lots of fun with them. They have been gone for about a year and a half and we miss them! We went to Joe and Kim's this afternoon to visit for a while with them and ended up staying until about 9:30. Amanda and I were pregnant at the same time almost 3 years ago (has it been that long?). Jack and Livy are 6 months apart. We have always said that they are betrothed. Jackson loved giving Livy kisses and hugs. Oh my!

We laughed and had the best time. We miss you Halls!
