And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

A Hot Saturday

Well what can I say, it's hot! John checked the weather on the web and it said the temp was 97 and the heat index was 111! YIKES!! John is in the process of finishing the fence so he worked this morning and it was even hot at 7:30 this morning! He had to quit later in the morning because he was getting a headache and stuff. Not good... We got in our family size blow up pool to cool off (hey stephanie, we did the same thing today). John bought it at the Dollar Store yesterday. On clearance! Even better! Gotta love the $ Store! I have been taking care of our pastor's house while they have been gone. Livy and I have been feeding there animals (which she loves!) and watering there plants. After watering plants at their house we watered ours. I have come to the conclusion it is too stink'n hot to do anything!! Thank goodness for air conditioning!!!
