And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

A Good Weekend and Other Painful Stuff..

This weekend we when to John's parents. While we were there we went to the creek to eat some hot dogs and played. Livy loves the water!! Granny and Gramps came too. The rest of the weekend was restful. Josh and the kids came out for a while Sunday to eat lunch with us. (Missed you Libby. Hope you get to feeling better.) We watched a lot of the Olympics. My personal favs are the gymnastics and diving. We came back Monday evening. Anyhoo, had a good time and visit.

The part that stinks is that when we got home last night I hurt my back. Oh joy...I was playing with Livy and turned to pick up a block (a block, who knew??) and my back went out!!I think was from the cartwheels I was doing in John's parents living room. Anyway that's what Chiropractor Joe says. He said that probably what started it and then just the slightest twist finished it. I felt like I was walking funny on Monday but thought nothing of it. Joe gave me some therapy and a back adjustment this morning. Still sore though. Oh well...you just deal with it and go on. John is helping me at home today. I love that man!
