Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Story Time

This morning Livy wanted to read Anna a story. She got my Beth Moore quiet time book and read it to her. It was pretty hysterical and sweet at the same time.

The girls will sometimes get in bed with us in the morning. Think it may be time for an upgrade from queen to king. Hmmm... although that's probably NOT happening anytime soon...

About "The Chick"

The title pretty much says it all. I'm a stay at home Mom (and a wanna be domestic, cook and fabulous baker, photographer, and crafty lady). I've always imagined staying home, but never thought I actually would or be able to. Home is my favorite place to be. I hope you enjoy reading about what goes on during my day, foods I cook, a Bible study I'm doing, or maybe something crafty that come to fruition (sometimes I amaze myself!). I'm a wife to an amazing man, mommy of two beautiful girls, a daughter, sister, friend, and the list goes on.
