And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

My New Christmas CD

I love Christmas music! Well music in general. I made a Christmas mix CD last night on itunes. It puts me in the mood to celebrate Jesus' birth. These are the CD's I used. Really awesome songs!

I love that Livy loves music too. She says "Momma I want songs". When I put music on she dances and laughs. That makes Momma's heart happy! For day 11 of thankfulness: I'm thankful for music.

Psalm 28:7: The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

Psalm 42:8: But each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, praying to God who gives me life.
