And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Movie Night

Day 13: I'm thankful for family time!

First (while Livy was up) we watched some Christmas cartoons on T.V. Then after she went to bed John and I watched the new Chronicals of Narnia movie,"Prince Caspian".
The fight scenes in it would have been a bit much for Livy's age. It was a good movie. One day we want to read the book series to Livy. There are some really great spiritual lessons in it. That C.S. Lewis can write a great series! He also writes other great Christian books too.
