And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Good Night!

Livy sings her favorite song, "twinkle, twinkle, little star" during our family prayer time. She was a hoot! John recorded this last week. The video isn't great, but the sound is great. He did this with his windows phone. Enjoy!

About "The Chick"

The title pretty much says it all. I'm a stay at home Mom (and a wanna be domestic, cook and fabulous baker, photographer, and crafty lady). I've always imagined staying home, but never thought I actually would or be able to. Home is my favorite place to be. I hope you enjoy reading about what goes on during my day, foods I cook, a Bible study I'm doing, or maybe something crafty that come to fruition (sometimes I amaze myself!).
