And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Memorial Weekend

This weekend we went to Missouri (again for the 3rd weekend in a row) to spend our Memorial weekend with John's family in Viburnum. John's sister Elizabeth and her husband Josh are building a house outside of Farmington, so we went to check that out. It's going to be pretty when it's finished. After we saw the house, John and I and Josh and Libby left the kids with Grandpa and Grandma and we went to see the new Indiana Jones movie. It was very good, but not as good as the first three. I recommend it for a movie night. Then we had birthdays to celebrate this weekend too. Gramps (Great Grandpa) and our neice Savanah had birthdays. Sunday we grilled and had cake and ice cream. We had a good weekend. Gotta love those long weekends!!!
