And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders. Write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

Birthday Festivities and Such...

We celebrated Anna's 1st birthday Sat. We had a good time. I so love being with family!

My cake. I must stay I'm proud of it and it's pretty darn precious! With good ol Bettycrocker.com, directions, and a "how to" video, I would say it was a success! It was very easy to do. The only thing is there was lots of little things to prep, but well worth the effort.

I made Anna a little cake of her own to devour. However it wouldn't all fit on her tray so I cut off a big hunk and gave it to her. She loved it of course.. Ate the whole piece!

Of course I had to do some post cake clean up..In the diaper and all..Lovely.

 Presents

She loved playing and chewing on the tissue paper more than anything..

Eden and Anna play. They will be quite the pair someday..

Momma, Angela, and myself.

On Sunday after birthday maddness was over, we took John's folks to SDC with us. Left after church and went to eat Fuddruckers.

Lora's got a gun! Watch it! Well, it's just the mine ride..

I do love SDC at Christmas time. There were some other pics of John and I, but I can't find them. Must be on his phone still. Oh well..
