I have mixed feelings about this...really. My 20's went by WAY too fast. I have people telling me that life will go by faster now, especially since I have kids. And, the more kiddos we have the faster it goes. Thanks folks...(well really the thanks should go to Dr. Lawrence) On the other hand, my 30's could be great! Okay..having a hard time with the great part, but I'm trying to keep it all in the positive. I told John last night that in your 20's life is exciting. For example.. you're single (if you don't marry in late teens of course), in college, looking forward to finding "the one" and daydreaming of marriage, getting married, then daydreaming of having babies etc. Okay.. so I'm in my thirties..I've already done all that. Now what? Okay, back to the positive..Alot of wonderful things have happened in 10 years; like moving to Springfield MO. at 20, meeing John when I was 22, got married when I was 23, graduated Bible college when I was 25 then moved to Mountain Home where I was blessed to have the greatest job and the best church family ever! Then had our sweet Olivia when I was 27, got to be a stay-at-home-mom at age 28, then got pregnant with our Anna at 29. Lots have good stuff has happened and Lord willing, I'm going to enjoy watching my girls (and maybe another one day..a BOY perhaps??) grow up. Folks also say that this is the most fun time when your kids are little. What a blessing that will be! Plus, I get to spend my thirties with one of God's biggest blessings, John. God has been so good to me in my 30 years. So I have come to the conclusion that HE will make the next 30 just as great as my first. Hey, I did get a super b-day present yesterday..our room is pretty much done. Carpet was laid yesterday and the room is a lovely shade of butter yellow. Can't wait to move stuff into it!
Happy 30 years to me!

Honestly, I think 30s rock! But my 20s were rough so it wasn't hard for me to lose 'em.
Happy Birthday! Can't wait to see pics of the new room!
