Anna Needs One...

Does anyone still need to get Anna a baby gift? Just curious.... I would love a bumbo for her.

GASP!

Let me set the scene...

I'm nursing Anna and Livy comes in laughing. GASP! My eyes got HUGE!!! I tried not to freak out! (I did on the inside then had to get pics.)

In the midst of freaking out on the inside, God reminded me of when I did this when I was a little girl. My poor Momma.. Guess I'm paying for what I did. LOL! Funny, how God reminds us of those things. Wish I had a pic of me when I did this. Okay Mom, now I understand. How did you do it? Well, now for a bath....sigh.

I can't wait for Spring!

I wish I could get Anna to nap today. Thank goodness for a baby swing. Man, Livy was a super napper, but I shouldn't compare. I love my baby girl.

Gotta get this laundry done.

Still in the process of losing weight for this wedding that I can't wait for. Geeze.... I have to buy a dress. Should I go strapless, spaghetti straps, or an off the shoulder deal.?.?.

I have to plan a "personal shower" too. I need to call Brianne. It's in May, I still have time.

I wish our 10th anniversary was sooner. A trip with John sounds super good!

Gotta lay off the Fiber one bars, but they are so darn tasty! Oats and chocolate is super and you can't beat that it's 2 points a bar.

I would so love a nap.

I still need to do Wii Fit. Wish it was warmer so I could go for a walk with the girls instead.

Spring, Where Are You?

Maybe it's a case of cabin fever too. Yes, we are ready for spring in the Moeckel house. I'm ready to get outside and play again. I'm so over the snow!! Bye bye winter! Don't let the door hit you on the way out! Hey, I know we need our seasons and that's how God planned it, but I need warmth and a tan. Plus, I'm ready to do some spring shopping. Ready to hit Children's Orchard again in Springfield. YAY! Livy is in need of spring/summer attire. That kid is growing! Plus I'm hoping to be able to find some great deals at TJ Maxx on some capris. The Wii Fit is coming in handy to help with that.

Spring begins March 20th...just about a month away. Come my friend!

A Very Vera Valentine

I got my Valentines present early.I LOVE THAT MAN!

Okay, so it's been a while...

but I've been busy with a baby and a three year old, but it's all good. Boy have we had winter or what! Snow, and lots of it...need I say more. I'm ready for spring! Can't wait. Need to get outside big time!

In other news me and the girls went up to my parents last week to hang out and visit. It was great to spend time with my Mom and cook. Ate way too much. Darn sweets, but they were sure tasty!

Valentines day is this weekend. I'm thinking a Valentines breakfast for the family complete with some kind of scone (heart shaped) and omelets. I LOVE scones!! I saw a recipe for Strawberry Rosemary scones (by Giada De Laurentiis the Italian lady on Food Network) and I think I'm going to try those. They look yummy. We'll see. Sat. night John is taking me to eat at Don Quixote in Calico Rock. We love that place! Can't wait! I know it's probably a lot to ask and truthfully I don't "need" it but I would love a new Vera for Valentines Day. I so love the new reversible totes. It's like two purses in one. But really, it's a total want. (I personally like the prints Symphony in Hue, Cupcakes pink, Purple Punch, and Bali Blue. Ya know, just in case.)
